Position Highlights:

• Warm waitlist of patients starting day 1
• 2-3-year mentored guide path to full ownership of a 22-year-established practice with no buy-in, no goodwill payment, or corporate oversight
• 7-14 patients per day allowing you to truly take time with each patient
• 4-5 day work week
• Strictly outpatient with occasional hospital coordination visits only. Call shared with one other physician
• Backed by one of the nation's largest concierge medicine firms
• Practice that allows you to enjoy your nights and weekends

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $250,000 salary
• Productivity Bonus

• Up to $330,000 Year One all in
• Full practice ownership earning trajectory of $400,000

Qualifications:

• Degree:MD or DO
• Certifications:Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Licensure:Licensed in California or ability to obtain license
• Skillset:Internal Medicine/Family Medicine
• Experience:5 or more years outside of residency preferred
• Sponsorship:None
