Responsibilities Transfers calls or takes messages as appropriate in a courteous, friendly, and helpful manner. Completes and logs service request forms for residents and staff. Monitors and greets visitors to the community in a welcoming and professional manner. Maintains a clean, neat, and organized front desk and lobby area at all times. Sells meal tickets and accurately accounts for payments through payroll deduction or personal check. Ensures the security of the building by monitoring resident sign-in and sign-out logs and visitor registration logs. Periodically checks building entrances and exits to help ensure the community remains secure. Attends required in-services and staff meetings. Assists with coordinating the community van schedule for residents. Follows confidentiality policies regarding the release of resident information. Provides supportive office functions for all departments, including filing, typing, copying, and other administrative tasks. Performs all other duties as assigned. Requirements Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
