Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking a Concierge & Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in McLean, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Serve as the primary front desk representative, delivering a professional, white-glove experience for employees and visitors
- Manage visitor check-in procedures, badge administration, and site security protocols
- Coordinate conference room schedules, boardroom support, and workplace logistics
- Handle incoming calls, packages, deliveries, and general office inquiries
- Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and mailings
- Support occasional after-hours events and ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations
About You:
- 5+ years of receptionist, concierge, hospitality, workplace experience, or customer service experience
- Professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remain stationed at the front desk throughout the day
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Experience in a corporate, executive-facing, hospitality, or concierge environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Pay - $20-$23/hr
- Temporary assignment (approximately 2 months)
- 100% Onsite in McLean, VA
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
