The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, one of Montana's AAA Four Diamond resorts, is seeking a Seasonal Concierge to join our Guest Services Team through October.
RESPONSIBILITY PRINCIPLES AND POSITION PURPOSE:
The Concierge oversees making reservations for onsite and nearby restaurants, attractions, on-property adventure programming, bike rentals, Lady of the Lake requests, and other requests, as well as general knowledge of Whitefish and the surrounding area.
Principal responsibilities and duties include:
Knowledge, skills, and ability are required for the job.
Concierges should possess above-average communication skills. Their attitude, speaking and listening skills will reflect their employers. They must be able to convey information effectively and with care, whether they're offering recommendations on nearby restaurants or trying to solve guest problems. Theyâ€ll also need to relay requests from guests to other staff members.

This position requires regular, reliable, and punctual attendance. They are expected to usually keep a 5-day-a-week schedule but adjust as needed according to business needs; for example, 4-5-day week may be required during peak business periods. A workweek of up to 50 hours per week can be expected. However, it can be more or less, depending on business needs. Working evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Holidays and PTO are in accordance with the AH Exempt Employee policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
NOTICE:
Standing, bending, stooping, and lifting weights up to and including 50 lbs. may be required. The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business, and a hospitable service atmosphere must be always projected.
