Weekend Responsibilities

• Manage package intake, logging, and resident notifications
• Assist residents with questions, concerns, and general support
• Coordinate communication with the weekday office team
• Maintain a welcoming, professional front‑desk presence
• Document weekend issues or requests for follow‑up
• Ensure lobby and front‑desk areas remain clean and organized

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
• Previous concierge, customer service, or front‑desk experience preferred
