Job Description:
We are seeking professional, polished individuals to serve as Concierge staff in a high-rise office environment. This role is focused on delivering a welcoming, organized, and high-end experience for tenants and visitors.
As the first point of contact, you will represent the building by providing exceptional service, clear communication, and a strong presence in the lobby.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome tenants, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide directions, information, and general assistance as needed
- Maintain an attentive and visible presence in the lobby
- Assist with visitor check-in and overall lobby flow
- Communicate effectively with building management and tenants
- Help keep the lobby organized, clean, and operating smoothly
- Handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service or hospitality experience (concierge, hotel, front desk preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable standing and interacting with people throughout the shift
Schedule:
Full-time and part-time positions available. Weekend and holiday availability is a plus.
