The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.

Concierge Responsibilities

Building Services Duties

  • Assist tenants with scheduling car wash services, either on their behalf or in coordination with them
  • Manage board game reservations
  • Coordinate dry cleaning pick-up and drop-off, including limited communication with vendors

General Responsibilities

  • Copy Property Management on any requests that fall outside of standard services
  • Collect tenant feedback and relay insights to the Property Management team
  • Validate parking requests, subject to Property Management approval
  • Develop and maintain additional reservation systems (e.g., shared tracking tools such as Google Sheets)
  • Research vendors for tenant events based on pre-approved themes

Shared Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of strategic partnerships and sourcing of tenant discounts, with Property Management approval
  • Example: If dog services are requested, the Concierge researches local providers (e.g., dog walkers or daycare), contacts vendors, and may negotiate discounted rates contingent on participation from a defined number of tenant employees
