What You'll Do:
• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Assist with resident and guest inquiries

• Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous reception, hospitality, concierge, customer service, or senior living experience preferred
