Requirements:

• Previous construction experience, preferably involving concrete work
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
• Strong knowledge of construction-site safety procedures
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and work outdoors
• Blueprint-reading skills required for Carpenters and Rodbusters
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational training or apprenticeship experience is a plus
• Carpentry, welding, or related certifications preferred

Job Duties:

• Build, position, and dismantle concrete forms
• Mix, pour, spread, and finish concrete
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Operate mixers, saws, drills, and jackhammers
• Dig trenches and shovel gravel
• Prepare and clean construction sites
• Report safety concerns and maintain an organized work area

As a Concrete Carpenter you will perform responsibilities that support the daily operations of your assigned employer while following established procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
