People Source OKC is Hiring – Commercial Concrete CarpenterLocation: Oklahoma City, OK (Local travel; occasional Stillwater jobsites) Pay: $22.00–$26.00/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – Finish (40–50 hours per week) Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring experienced Commercial Concrete Carpenters for a growing concrete contractor serving the Oklahoma City area. We are looking for dependable professionals with commercial construction experience who are ready to build a long-term career. Most work is local to the OKC metro, with occasional travel to Stillwater, where paid drive time is provided.Job Responsibilities
Build and install concrete forms for commercial construction projects
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Set forms for foundations, walls, slabs, and other concrete structures
Assist with concrete pours and finishing preparations
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Follow all jobsite safety standards and company procedures
Work closely with superintendents and field crews to complete projects on schedule
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of commercial concrete carpentry experience required
Experience working on both small and large commercial construction projects
Must provide your own PPE, including hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, and work boots
Reliable transportation required
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
Additional Information
Local Oklahoma City projects with occasional travel to Stillwater
Employees traveling to Stillwater receive $30 for one hour of paid drive time
