People Source OKC is Hiring – Commercial Concrete CarpenterLocation: Oklahoma City, OK (Local travel; occasional Stillwater jobsites)
Pay: $22.00–$26.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – Finish (40–50 hours per week)
Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring experienced Commercial Concrete Carpenters for a growing concrete contractor serving the Oklahoma City area. We are looking for dependable professionals with commercial construction experience who are ready to build a long-term career. Most work is local to the OKC metro, with occasional travel to Stillwater, where paid drive time is provided.Job Responsibilities

• Build and install concrete forms for commercial construction projects 
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans 
• Set forms for foundations, walls, slabs, and other concrete structures 
• Assist with concrete pours and finishing preparations 
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently 
• Follow all jobsite safety standards and company procedures 
• Work closely with superintendents and field crews to complete projects on schedule 

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial concrete carpentry experience required 
• Experience working on both small and large commercial construction projects 
• Must provide your own PPE, including hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, and work boots 
• Reliable transportation required 
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic 
• Ability to work overtime as needed 
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions

• Employees traveling to Stillwater receive $30 for one hour of paid drive time
