Position OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring Concrete Carpenters/Finishers for a local concrete company with jobsites throughout the Oklahoma City metro area. We are looking for candidates with at least
6 months to 1 year of concrete finishing or concrete carpentry experience who are dependable, ready to work, and interested in a long-term opportunity.These are
local OKC-area jobsites with no out-of-town travel required. Qualified candidates may be able to
start as soon as the next day.
Job Responsibilities- Perform concrete finishing tasks, including smoothing, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces
- Assist with setting, pouring, and finishing concrete according to project specifications
- Use hand and power tools to complete concrete finishing work
- Assist with forming and preparing areas for concrete pours as needed
- Work alongside concrete crews to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of concrete finishing experience required
- Must have your own concrete finishing tools
- Must have your own reliable transportation to and from jobsites throughout the OKC metro
- Must be dependable and consistently report to work on time
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding construction work
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction
- OSHA 10 certification is a plus
Additional Information- $21.00–$24.00/hour based on previous experience
