A well-established commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for quality and successful project delivery is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to lead field operations on a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day field operations.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate daily construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Monitor quality control and jobsite safety.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Identify and resolve field issues and potential delays.
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, punch lists, and project closeout.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
• Experience managing commercial projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Proficiency with construction management software preferred.
