The Concrete/Construction Worker plays a key role in the successful completion of residential and commercial building projects. Working primarily in a small team, This role involves hands-on tasks from site preparation to finishing surfaces. The position requires physical stamina and a practical familiarity with construction site operations, often with minimal formal safety protocols and occasional overtime or weekend work.
Entry pay is $20, up to $40
Responsibilities
Pour concrete accurately and efficiently for residential and commercial projects
Install formwork to shape and support concrete structures
Prepare construction sites by clearing, leveling, and setting up necessary materials
Handle and transport materials safely around the site
Finish concrete surfaces to meet quality and design specifications
Maintain cleanliness and order on the job site
Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in concrete construction
Knowledge of concrete finishing and formwork construction
Proficient use of power tools
Good physical stamina for demanding work
Ability to work well within small teams
Strong time management skills
