We are seeking a motivated and experienced Concrete Crew Lead to oversee and manage our construction teams on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.



Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crew members.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.
• Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in concrete construction.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
