We are seeking a motivated and experienced Concrete Crew Lead to oversee and manage our construction teams on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crew members.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.
- Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in concrete construction.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
