K2 Paving Solutions is looking for a motivated, high-energy Concrete Estimator / Project Manager to help grow our concrete division.

We are pursuing all types of concrete work — from heavy civil paving and infrastructure to commercial concrete projects of all sizes.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate and bid concrete projects
• Manage contracts, budgets, billing, and invoicing
• Oversee project schedules and operations
• Review plans, specs, and quantities
• Coordinate with field crews, suppliers, and subcontractors

Qualifications:

• Heavy civil and commercial concrete experience
• HCSS experience preferred
• Strong estimating and project management skills
• Driven, organized, and team-oriented

Compensation:

• $70,000+ salary
