Concrete Finisher

TradeWorX is hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for first-shift work in the Delaware, Ohio area. We are seeking dependable professionals with commercial or industrial concrete experience who take pride in producing high-quality finished surfaces while working safely and efficiently as part of a skilled crew.

Pay & Overtime:

• $22.00–$35.00 per hour based on experience
• Overtime available as project needs require

Job Duties:

• Prepare and set concrete forms according to project specifications, ensuring proper depth, pitch, and alignment.
• Place, pour, spread, level, and finish concrete using hand and power finishing tools.
• Produce smooth, durable finishes using floats, trowels, power trowels, and other finishing equipment.
• Install decorative finishes such as broom, stamped, colored, or exposed aggregate concrete when required.
• Cut control and expansion joints to help prevent cracking and maintain structural integrity.
• Monitor curing conditions and perform concrete repairs, patching, and resurfacing as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Ability to read construction drawings and work from layout specifications.
• Experience operating hand and power concrete finishing tools.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Commitment to safe work practices and quality craftsmanship.
