Concrete Finisher | Commercial Construction | Up to $35/hr

TradeWorX is hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for commercial construction projects in the Pittsburgh area. This role supports a skilled crew performing concrete placement, forming, and finishing work on active jobsites. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, solid jobsite awareness, and the ability to work safely in a production-driven environment.

Pay & Overtime

• Up to $35/hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Smooth, finish, and texture concrete surfaces to specified grades and designs
• Build, set, and strip forms for slabs, walls, and foundations
• Assist with layout, rebar placement, and site preparation before pours
• Operate power trowels, floats, and other finishing tools
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant job sites
• Work collaboratively with a commercial concrete crew

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial concrete finishing or forming experience
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and project plans
• Knowledge of layout, screeding, and forming systems
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work outdoors
• Reliable transportation to jobsites in the greater Pittsburgh area
