Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pouring and finishing.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.
• Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve a smooth and even finish.
• Inspect finished surfaces for quality and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on the job site.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist in the training of new team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
