**Description**
**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Concrete Finishers** for projects located in or around **Vancouver, WA.** This is a full time opportunity and the **pay rate is $30-$40/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**
+ Assisting crew with site prep and concrete pours
+ Perform mucking and surface preparation
+ Rake and spread concrete throughout forms
+ Finish concrete surfaces (smooth, level, and consistent) using floats, trowels, and screeds
+ Support material movement and job site cleanup
+ Help maintain job site efficiency and quality standards
**Requirements:**
+ 3+ years of commercial concrete experience (foundations, curbs, site work required)
+ Crew lead or foreman experience preferred
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints
+ Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
+ Ability to work at multiple job sites throughout the week (willingness to travel)
+ Must have mud boots & personal tools including edgers, groover's, trowels, etc.
