We are seeking a Concrete Foreman with at least 10 years of commercial concrete experience and 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Responsible for overseeing and mentoring craft workers, managing all aspects of concrete work, including planning, layout, materials, and inspections.
- Coordinate jobsite logistics, ensure safety protocols, and maintain relationships with trades and project teams.
- Perform hands-on work as needed, read blueprints, and perform calculations.
- Manage procurement, tracking, and scheduling of materials, process timesheets, and conduct employee coaching and evaluations.
- Must be OSHA 10/30 certified, familiar with construction software, and comfortable using an iPad.
