We're looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on residential and commercial concrete projects. If you have strong concrete experience, know how to keep a crew moving, and can take a project from layout through the finished pour, we want to talk to you! Key Requirements:
Strong concrete construction experience with previous Foreman, Lead, or Crew Lead experience
Ability to lead, organize, and work alongside a concrete crew
Hands-on experience with forming, pouring, placing, and finishing concrete
Experience with foundations, slabs, and other concrete projects
Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and project plans
Experience laying out jobs and preparing sites for concrete work
Heavy equipment operation experience for site preparation is a plus
Knowledge of jobsite safety and OSHA requirements
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
Shifts:
Monday-Friday
Typically 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Start/end times may fluctuate depending on project needs and weather
