Role Summary

As a Concrete Foreman, you will serve as the primary supervisor for all concrete-related activities on heavy civil and bridge construction projects. Key Responsibilities

Crew Leadership & Management

• Supervise and direct concrete crews ranging from 5-20 workers on heavy civil and bridge construction projects
• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to crew members based on project requirements and individual skill sets
• Conduct daily crew briefings to communicate project objectives, safety requirements, and schedule expectations
• Mentor and train less experienced workers in proper concrete placement techniques and safety procedures
• Monitor crew performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure productivity and quality standards
