Straight Edge Contractors LLC is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our concrete crews on commercial and civil construction projects throughout the El Paso area.
Position Summary:
The Concrete Foreman is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating daily operations, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule while meeting our quality expectations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a concrete crew on commercial and civil construction projects.
Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members.
Coordinate with project managers and superintendents.
Layout concrete work using proper surveying and measuring techniques.
