Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate all daily crew activities to maximize productivity and quality. Perform work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions or behaviors. Daily coordination with team members, sub-contractors, trucking, and suppliers. Utilization of HCSS Heavy Job to track daily quantities, use of production reports, and daily timecards.
Ability to communicate with project managers, estimators, and engineers as needed. Understanding of plans and specifications - ADA slope and grade.
Minimum Qualifications --------------------
Minimum of 5 years of concrete experience. Valid drivers license, but a CDL is a preferred.
Physical Requirements ---------------------
Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull, and be on your feet for long periods of time. Assure all safety procedures are followed.
Work Schedule -------------
Must be able to work flexible shifts, which include days, nights, and some weekends.
