Job Overview

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, Some Weekends.

The Opportunity You will serve as a vital field leader, taking command of onsite operations to deliver high-quality commercial concrete projects. This role empowers you to build and mentor your crews while directly influencing the systems and processes of a growing organization. You will have the autonomy to manage complex layouts and the support of an Operations Manager dedicated to your professional development.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Direct daily field crew operations to ensure maximum production efficiency and strict adherence to project timelines.
  • Execute precise onsite layouts and interpret construction drawings to ensure work meets exact architectural specifications.
  • Manage the procurement and planning of material orders, tools, and equipment to prevent project delays.
  • Facilitate weekly safety inspections and tailgate meetings to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
  • Coordinate effectively with other trade foremen and superintendents to ensure seamless site integration and workflow.
  • Implement rigorous QA/QC standards and detailed field reporting to verify the integrity of every project.
  • Train and develop field crews through hands-on mentorship to elevate the overall craftmanship of the team.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience within the concrete industry trade.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret complex commercial construction drawings.
  • Proficiency in performing field layouts and managing crew production rates.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong background in equipment and tool management for large-scale projects.
  • Experience in conducting safety training and managing field reporting documentation.
  • Experience in equipment operation, skid steer & excavator.
  • First Aid/CPR, OSHA 10/30hr certifications.
