We are a family owned and operated site development contractor serving the Tampa Bay area for more than 60 years. We self perform the full scope of sitework, including site clearing, excavation, sanitary and storm sewer, potable and reclaimed water, fire lines, underdrain, stabilization, subgrade, curb, base, paving, sidewalk, hardscape and irrigation. Our work spans large residential communities and roadway projects across the region, and we build them with a team approach that puts quality, safety and schedule on equal footing.

Job Details

Lead concrete crews on curb, gutter, sidewalk, flatwork, inlets, structures and related site concrete
Read and interpret plans, grades and specs, and lay out work accordingly
Schedule labor, equipment and material deliveries to keep production on pace with the project schedule
Own daily quality control, forming, placement, finishing and inspection readiness

Requirements
5 or more years running concrete crews in site development, heavy civil or roadway construction
Strong plan reading and grade and layout skills
Working knowledge of FDOT and local municipal specs preferred
Proven ability to lead, train and hold a crew accountable in a production environment
Valid driver's license with clean record, plus OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
