Concrete Form Carpenter | Industrial
We are hiring experienced concrete form carpenters for large-scale industrial work. This role requires strong formwork experience, the ability to work at elevation, and a deep understanding of concrete systems in active jobsite conditions.

Pay & Schedule
$25–$29/hour
Monday–Thursday (40 hours)
Overtime may be available
Scope of Work
Build, set, align, and strip complex concrete form systems (wall and structural)
Work extensively with gang form systems including Symons and EFCO
Read and interpret prints to ensure proper layout and form placement
Tie rebar and integrate reinforcement into form structures
Perform elevated work using lifts up to 25 ft with full safety compliance
Maintain production pace in an active industrial environment
Requirements
Strong background in industrial or heavy commercial concrete formwork
Proven hands-on experience setting and stripping forms independently
Experience with Symons or EFCO systems strongly preferred
Ability to read and work from blueprints and layout specifications
Comfortable working at heights and operating lifts safely
High attention to detail, safety, and production quality
