Do you like working on a team, staying busy, and seeing tangible results every day? Picture yourself preparing forms, helping place and finish concrete, and safely stripping cured pieces—all while keeping tools clean and the area organized.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with concrete placement, stripping/demolding, finishing, and other production tasks in a precast environment
- Clean and set up forms, tools, equipment, and workspaces for upcoming pours
- Load and unload materials and supplies as directed
- Support skilled teammates and supervisors to meet production goals
- Operate hand tools and small power tools with care and precision
- Follow safety procedures and wear PPE every time
- Keep the workspace neat, orderly, and hazard-free
- Work overtime and adjust to flexible schedules based on production requirements
- Take direction (written and verbal) and complete work thoroughly and efficiently
- Perform additional duties as assigned
