This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and assisting with the handling, cleaning, and preparation of concrete forms and related materials.Key Responsibilities:Clean, stack, and organize concrete forms and job site materialsAssist with loading and unloading materialsRemove debris and maintain a clean and safe yard environmentUse hand tools and basic power tools as neededFollow safety procedures at all timesSupport yard team with general labor duties as assignedRequirements:Must be comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditionsSteel toe boots requiredAbility to lift 50+ lbs repeatedlyAbility to stand, bend, stoop, and work physically throughout the shiftReliable transportationStrong work ethic and dependable attendanceConstruction or yard experience is a plusPhysical Requirements:Continuous standing and walkingFrequent heavy liftingRepetitive physical movementWhat We’re Looking For:Team player with a positive attitudeSafety-conscious mindsetWillingness to learn and take directionE
