Concrete Laborer (Poured Walls)
Location: Columbus OhioPay: $20.00/Hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Summary:

• Assist with building and pouring concrete foundation walls
• Perform hands-on outdoor construction work
• Support a fast-paced crew environment
• Follow safety procedures and maintain job site organization

Responsibilities:

• Prepare job sites (digging, grading, setting forms)
• Build, brace, and strip concrete wall forms
• Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Load/unload materials and maintain clean work areas

Requirements:

Desired Work Experience:

• Construction or concrete experience preferred (not required)

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor construction environment
• Physically demanding work including lifting, bending, and standing
