SummaryWe are seeking dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborers to join our team. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, performing physical work, and being part of a fast-paced construction team.The Concrete Laborer will assist with the setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete foundation walls for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites by digging, grading, and setting up concrete forms.
• Assist with building, bracing, and stripping concrete wall forms.
• Support the pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Perform other general labor and construction duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous construction or concrete experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ pounds, bending, standing, and working on your feet throughout the day.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must pass a local background check and drug screening.
• Must have steel-toed boots and a high-visibility vest.
• Candidates must be available to start immediately if selected.
