Concrete Laborer

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our precast concrete manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the production of concrete pipes, manholes, box culverts, and other precast concrete products. This position involves working in a fast-paced production environment, operating tools and equipment, preparing molds, pouring concrete, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing of precast concrete products, including pipes, manholes, and custom concrete structures.
• Prepare, clean, assemble, and strip concrete molds and forms.
• Pour, level, and finish concrete according to production specifications.
• Place and secure rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcement materials within molds.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and dimensional accuracy.
• Load, unload, and move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe production environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with routine maintenance of forms, molds, and production equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, concrete, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and industrial environments.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift, crane, or heavy equipment experience is a plus.
