Job Position: Concrete Laborer

Location: King George, VA 22485

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

Description: General Labor Services is seeking a Concrete Laborer for our client in King George, VA:

The General Laborer supports daily plant operations by performing a variety of manual labor tasks to assist with the production of quality concrete products. This position helps maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
Perform general labor to support plant operations and production.
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
Clean work areas, equipment, and machinery.
Assist with basic equipment maintenance and other assigned tasks.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:
Construction, manufacturing, or other hands-on labor experience preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This is an extremely labor-intensive position requiring employees to perform physically demanding work throughout the day, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and repetitive movement. The facility is not climate-controlled, and employees should expect to work in hot summer conditions and other varying weather conditions. Candidates should understand and be comfortable with the physical demands of this role.
