Concrete Laborers Needed
Spokane, WA
$20–$25/hour (DOE)
We are currently hiring hardworking and reliable Concrete Laborers to join our team in Spokane. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to grow in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, place, finish, cure, and repair concrete
- Perform screeding, troweling, broom finishing, and jointing
- Set and strip forms
- Install rebar and mesh; tie reinforcing steel
- Operate basic concrete tools and equipment (hand tools, saws, vibrators, wheelbarrows, compactors)
- Assist with concrete pours including mixing, placing, consolidating, and cleanup
- Perform basic layout and site prep (grading, staking, anchoring/guarding)
- Load/unload materials and move equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow foreman/supervisor instructions and assist other trades as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Construction or concrete experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
