Concrete Laborers Needed

Spokane, WA

$20–$25/hour (DOE)

We are currently hiring hardworking and reliable Concrete Laborers to join our team in Spokane. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to grow in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, place, finish, cure, and repair concrete
  • Perform screeding, troweling, broom finishing, and jointing
  • Set and strip forms
  • Install rebar and mesh; tie reinforcing steel
  • Operate basic concrete tools and equipment (hand tools, saws, vibrators, wheelbarrows, compactors)
  • Assist with concrete pours including mixing, placing, consolidating, and cleanup
  • Perform basic layout and site prep (grading, staking, anchoring/guarding)
  • Load/unload materials and move equipment
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Follow foreman/supervisor instructions and assist other trades as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Construction or concrete experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
