Concrete Laborer / Utility Laborer
We are hiring experienced laborers to support concrete and utility crews on active commercial job sites. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working alongside finishers, operators, and pipelayers on site development projects. Strong performers will have the opportunity to stay consistently employed across multiple projects.

Pay & Schedule:
- $21 $23/hour
- Monday Friday, 40 50 hours/week
- Overtime available
Scope of Work:
- Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Support slab/flatwork prep including subgrade, stone, and compaction
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, screeds, and floats
- Maintain site cleanliness during and after pours
- Assist with trenching, pipe placement, bedding, and backfill
- Work safely around heavy equipment and assist with spotting
Requirements:
- Concrete labor experience (pouring, grading, screeding, cleanup)
- Utility or pipelaying exposure preferred
- Ability to follow grade stakes or direction
- Experience working around heavy equipment safely
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Willingness to work outdoors and overtime as needed
- PPE awareness and basic jobsite safety knowledge
