Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00/hr

Day Shift

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Overtime Opportunities Available

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, clean, and set up concrete forms and molds
• Assist with pouring, spreading, leveling, and finishing concrete
• Strip finished concrete products from forms
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Move materials and finished products throughout the work area
• Perform general cleanup and maintain an organized workspace
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Assist production team members as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferably bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Concrete, construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Able to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Comfortable lifting, bending, standing, and working with concrete materials
• Able to safely use basic hand and power tools
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
