Position OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring
experienced Construction Laborers for a local concrete construction company in Oklahoma City. We are looking for dependable candidates who have previous hands-on experience working as laborers for construction companies and understand the demands of an active jobsite.These are
local OKC jobsites, and qualified candidates may be able to
start as soon as the next day. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent work, overtime opportunities, and the potential to transition into a long-term position.
Job Responsibilities- Assist concrete and construction crews with daily jobsite activities
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials
- Assist with jobsite setup and cleanup
- Help prepare areas for concrete work
- Use basic hand and power tools safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople and concrete crews as directed
- Perform physically demanding construction labor throughout the workday
- Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures
Requirements- Previous construction laborer experience required
- Must have experience working for a construction company or contractor
- Concrete construction experience is a plus
- Must have your own reliable transportation to and from jobsites
- Must be available for early morning start times, including days beginning as early as 5:00 AM
- Must be dependable and maintain good attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a construction crew
- Must be willing to work overtime when needed
Additional Information- $18.00–$21.00/hour based on previous construction experience
