Overview:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our concrete crew. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that delivers high-quality construction projects. We are looking for employees long term. Key Responsibilities:- Assist with pouring and placing concrete using proper forms on job sites
- Spread and smooth concrete to ensure a quality finish
- Apply waterproofing and sealants to protect concrete surfaces
- Apply stains and finishes as needed
- Perform general labor tasks and support the crew as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and instructions from crew leaders
Schedule:- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – approximately 4:30 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Must arrive a few minutes early (crew truck departs at 7:00 AM)
- Occasional overtime available, especially during summer
- Some Saturday work may be required
Requirements:- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Construction or concrete experience is a plus, but not required
Dress Code:- Dress appropriately for weather conditions
- Work boots required (steel-toe preferred but not required)
