Description: General Labor Services is seeking a Concrete Patcher for our client in King George, VA:

The Concrete Patcher repairs and finishes precast concrete products to meet company quality standards. This position involves patching, grinding, and inspecting finished products to ensure they are ready for delivery.

Responsibilities:
Patch, repair, and finish precast concrete products.
Inspect products for defects and perform necessary cosmetic and structural repairs.
Use hand and power tools to grind, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow company safety and quality standards.
Perform other yard duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience in concrete finishing, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, dependable, and safety focused.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position is based in our yard and requires employees to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in the elements and performing physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using hand and power tools.
