Our client is a reputable concrete construction contractor specializing in structural concrete, foundations, flatwork, paving, and commercial concrete construction projects throughout New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. With a strong reputation for quality, safety, and project execution, the company continues to grow and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support its expanding workload.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concrete construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, schedules, and forecasting.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Track material procurement, deliveries, and manpower requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Support field operations and work closely with Superintendents to resolve project challenges.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and profitability.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer within concrete or commercial construction.
• Experience with structural concrete, foundations, flatwork, paving, or sitework projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
