Concrete Project Manager

Project Manager – Heavy Civil ConstructionLocation: Northeast Twin Cities

A well established, growing heavy civil contractor in the Twin Cities metro is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. This company specializes in concrete paving, bridge rehabilitation, streetscapes, and other public infrastructure work, and has built a reputation across Minnesota for reliability and quality craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

• Manage heavy civil construction projects ranging from $500K to $25M, with a typical project size in the $500K to $2M range
• Oversee day to day field operations, scheduling, and coordination with crews and subcontractors
• Depending on experience level, may run projects cradle to grave from preconstruction through closeout
• Communicate project status, budgets, and schedules to internal leadership and clients

What You Need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy civil construction (concrete paving, bridge work, excavating/site development, or similar backgrounds are all welcome)
• Strong writing ability and computer skills 
• Construction Management or Civil Engineering Degree is a plus
• Proficiency in MS365 required; experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus
• Civil construction field experience is required
