Responsibilities and Duties - Visits job sites, attends pre-pour meetings, and calls on customers promoting value-added products, collecting market and job information.Â
- Performs ongoing ACI & ASTM concrete and raw materials testing. Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures. Evaluates data, writes reports and generates graphs and charts to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.Â
- Evaluates existing quality or productions standards and procedures, recommends modifications, and leads their implementation.
- Advises upper management on product development issues arising from product problems identified through technical support calls with customers.
- Conducts audits and makes ongoing improvements to the Quality Performance System.
- Completes all required paperwork (reports, forms, letters, etc.).
- Helps coordinate and route trucks/ drivers at various jobsites when needed
- Communicates with Plant Managers and Drivers
                                                                                                Qualifications and Skills - Ability to lift 100 pounds
- Ability to push loaded wheelbarrow; approximately 200-300 pounds.
- Ability to climb ready mix truck ladders multiple times per day
- Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills.
- Well-developed project management skills
- Must multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and possesses the ability to complete tasks on-time and with little supervision
- Willingness to advance through additional training
- Good attendance record
 Schedule - Flexibility with hours
- Availability early and late due to contractor need
- Weekends when work is scheduled
 Experience - 1 year concrete and construction experience, preferred
