Stonecast Products is looking for a Concrete Repair Laborer to join our precast concrete team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, values quality and safety, and is eager to learn architectural concrete repair techniques. Experience not required, we will train the ideal candidate!
Repair chips, bug holes, pour lines, reveals, cracks, and spalls in precast concrete products
Learn architectural patching techniques, including color matching and epoxy application
Perform both indoor and outdoor patching when conditions allow
Follow direction from the Patch Supervisor while developing independence in tasks
Maintain a consistent work pace while meeting Stonecast quality standards
Accurately complete patch activity paperwork and submit it on time
Travel to job sites for off-site patching when required (if applicable)
Handle supplies, receipts, and authorization forms accurately (if applicable)
Produce precise, consistent work that meets Stonecast quality standards
Take pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
Actively look for ways to improve quality without reminders
Learn safe and proper use of hand and power tools
Clean and maintain tools daily
Treat company equipment with care and responsibility
Always wear required PPE (no exceptions)
Apply safety training to daily work
Recognize and report hazards immediately
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Be dependable, flexible, and willing to help others
Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Follow call-in and time clock procedures accurately
This role is physically demanding and includes:
Standing 8–10 hours per day
Repeated ladder climbing (50–75 times per day)
Lifting up to 50 lbs multiple times per day
Overhead work, kneeling, squatting, bending, sanding, and grinding
Working outside in all weather conditions
Using power tools and respirators as required
