We are hiring a Concrete Repair Field Consultant to evaluate settlement and surface issues on site, recommend the correct solution, and convert qualified company provided leads into clean, install ready projects.
This is not a traditional high pressure sales job.
This is a field consulting role where income is earned through correct diagnosis, pricing discipline, and professional confidence.
Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments
Inspect and diagnose settlement and surface issues
Measure square footage accurately using field math
Take photos and document scope clearly
Present good better best options using company software
Explain solutions in plain language
Ask confidently for the homeowner's decision
Submit clean, install ready electronic paperwork
Protect margin and uphold company standards
Successful reps at Ogburn are not traditional salespeople.
They operate as field advisors and problem solvers.

They explain technical issues clearly
They hold pricing discipline
They accept coaching and improve quickly
This role requires comfort with basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. You must be able to measure irregular shapes and calculate square footage accurately.
You do not need to be an engineer.
You do need to be resourceful and coachable.
Have a background in construction, trades, estimating, inspection, or field supervision
Are comfortable talking with homeowners face to face
Can stay calm during pricing conversations
Prefer earning through competence rather than pressure
Want autonomy with accountability
Are willing to master a craft over 90 to 120 days
Rely on heavy scripts
Use discounting to close deals
Avoid asking for decisions
Blame pricing or operations for results
