Ozzy's Golden Construction is a luxury design-build firm hiring a Concrete Shell Foreman to lead reinforced concrete shell construction on custom homes across South Florida. You'll work alongside a Master Builder with 35+ years of experience, on projects where precision, structure, and craftsmanship matter at every stage.

This is not a production foreman role. We are looking for someone who understands high-end residential construction, can lead form carpenters and shell crews in the field, and can keep concrete shell work moving correctly, safely, and efficiently.

Your Daily Work -- Concrete Shell Leadership

• Lead reinforced concrete shell construction for luxury custom homes
• Supervise form carpenters, concrete crews, and related trades during shell work
• Oversee footers, stem walls, slabs, columns, beams, bond beams, and structural concrete elements
• Coordinate formwork setup, alignment, bracing, stripping, and quality control
• Ensure proper rebar placement, tying, spacing, and structural preparation
• Read and interpret structural plans, shell drawings, and construction details
• Maintain quality standards for high-end residential construction
• Keep crews organized, productive, and accountable on-site
• Communicate daily priorities clearly to workers, subcontractors, and leadership

Your Specialty -- Reinforced Concrete Shells

When the project is in the shell phase, you lead it:

• Reinforced concrete shell construction for custom and luxury homes
• Structural concrete layout and sequencing
• Formwork systems for residential concrete structures
• Rebar coordination and inspection readiness
• Concrete pours, placement coordination, and field problem-solving
• CBS construction methods common in South Florida
• Shell work that supports later framing, roofing, MEP, and finish phases
• Keeping the shell crew moving without sacrificing accuracy or quality

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of construction experience
• Strong experience in reinforced concrete and structural shell construction
• Experience supervising form carpenters and concrete crews
• South Florida CBS construction experience
• High-end residential or luxury custom home experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read structural plans without someone walking you through them
• Strong understanding of concrete sequencing, layout, formwork, and rebar
• Ability to manage small crews and keep workers productive
• Florida Building Code knowledge strongly preferred
• Spanish fluency strongly preferred -- our crew operates in Spanish
• Photos or references from previous concrete shell work required

Bonus Points

• Light interior construction experience
• Rough carpentry or framing knowledge
• Concrete finishing skills
• Experience with high-end residential remodeling or additions
• Experience coordinating with engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Ability to help train and develop younger crew members
