The Opportunity
Target project profile: large-scale tilt-up warehouse and distribution facilities, 250,000–1,000,000+ SF
Established relationships with top-tier national and regional GCs active in the DFW market
Fully integrated self-perform operations including in-house finishing - you control quality from pour to finish
Best-in-class equipment fleet managed through an in-house equipment company - batch plant, laser screeds, and full fleet

What You'll Do
Direct all field operations on tilt-up concrete projects from mobilization through final acceptance
Lead and manage field crews, labor, and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and quality execution
Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules in coordination with the Project Manager
Oversee panel layout, embed placement, pour sequence, bracing, and erection operations
