Concrete Traveling Superintendent

Job Description
Lead all field operations on high-rise, data center, and large-scale commercial concrete projects valued up to $100M+ in concrete scope. Drive safety, quality, production, manpower planning, and schedule performance from project kickoff through completion. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, material deliveries, and site logistics to maintain project milestones. Partner directly with Project Managers and Operations Leadership to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage reporting, forecasting, documentation, and communication.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Concrete Traveling Superintendent should have:
- Superintendent experience on 6+ story vertical concrete structures or mission-critical data centers
- Proven background with a top ENR-ranked concrete contractor
- Exceptional career stability with strong tenure and progression
- Expertise in structural concrete, cast-in-place operations, and large-scale project execution
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage and motivate large field teams
- Flexibility to travel frequently across the Southeast Region, including Columbia.
