CONCRETE SUPERINTENDENT

Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Work with superintendents and foremen to plan, organize and direct activities concerned with road and site construction projects.​
2. Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities.
3. Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings.
4. May requisition supplies and materials to complete project.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
This is a salaried full-time position. Hours of work vary based on project needs.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred. At least 10 years asphalt/highway experience required. 2 years supervisory experience required.
