Join Miami High-Rise Tower ProjectsOur client is a well-established, family-owned shell contractor with more than 35 years of experience delivering concrete and structural construction services across large residential, multifamily, condominium, and mixed-use developments. The company has completed projects totaling hundreds of thousands of residential units and is recognized for its ability to execute complex, large-scale construction programs.Job DescriptionOversee daily field operations for structural concrete and shell construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control activities. Manage project execution from foundations through structural completion. Utilize Procore to monitor project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking. Collaborate with project teams to maintain schedule, budget, and production goals. Background working for a concrete subcontractor or shell contractor preferred. Strong knowledge of formwork, concrete placement, and structural construction. Experience delivering high-rise residential or mixed-use construction projects. Proficiency with Procore and strong leadership skills.What's On OfferSalary: $110,000 - $140,000+ base salary (depending on experience) 401(k), health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
